Shame, wat this idea of shame. And so much when it comes to supporting someone, it really is holding up the mirror. For me, that was very much around the parts of myself that i held in deep shame. It didn't initiate in men's work circles, but it really, it really amplified in those circles. So i started doing that work on myself in oeo cogende space a just in a more sacred sexuality community. But also gifted the opportunity to go there in in a different way, inside the men's work arena. I getting in touch with that has been deeply hean deeply live changin sor.
