Increasing Awareness as a PM

The first step for any alignment to take place is to increase awareness. Increasing awareness should message the why before it messages the what or promotes the what. Number two is half coffee with your stakeholders. Finally, now that we know what we want to do, we need to determine under which timeline we can deliver all those supporting initiatives.
