I Need You to Give Yourself Loads of Grace

I want to be clean. And according to 1 John chapter number one, when we confess our sins to God, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse all of our unrighteousness. I need you to give yourself loads of grace because now that you're rationally thinking, you know for a fact, if you were in your right mind, you wouldn't have done it. So shame is all for you.
