The Power of Variety in Advice
I love that concept of getting multiple viewpoints is you can get really, really smart and intelligent people. The variety of the advice can also vary on how that person communicates it. And I'd say they're like impact per word that actually said was just extremely high. But if you weren't attentively listening or giving that person the stage, they probably would have just sat back and not participate because there were more extroverted people in the room.
