Theocracy Is God's Idea

God never established a system of voting anywhere in the Bible to determine how you should set leadership in place. It was supposed to be done by way of inheritance and family and royalty. We're beginning to find freedom to move into a formless state where we really say well if the law doesn't govern us then what does? And this is the tension where people move into fear. Because they go well then people are just going to be lawless.
