The Effects of Fight Flighter Freeze on the Brain

When I do a QEG you see an over activated limbic system that's where the on the galda is. And then that's where your cortisol starts. So this cortisol rush is happening for these people that are in fight flighter freeze. Your frontal lobes are supposed to put your brakes on and there's actually a third area. The occipital region is supposed to flood your brain when both of those systems are offline. What I'm seeing is that it's worn out and all three of these protective mechanisms in the brain that work together are not working. You have to rebuild and so things like my anastitol which is safe. It's one of my favorite supplements
