Using Machine Learning to Detect Fraud Campaigns?

The goal of the paper was to give people confidence that they're not being lied to. The human annitators had access to the full campaign, everything about it. We looked at the amount and the donors themselves. Because we saw a few words, it was a fixed a very, very few donors. But i think it was very useful because we were on topic.
