The Rise of Single-Family Rentals

I'm very comforted by the fact that on both sides of the aisle, there's clearly an understanding and a big push for affordable housing. And I believe that the single-family for red space is becoming part of this affordable housing crisis. Most of the major metropolitan MSA's that we're investing in happen to be the same areas where there's a huge housing issue. Look, maybe I'm wrong, but I am very positive and optimistic.
