What Is a Low Fod Map?

Fod mas are a group of fermentable carbohydrates that can aggravate gut symptoms in people who are sensitive. The foods tare hih podmap we would stereotype as being healthy asparagus, brockley, avacado, apples. When eaten in too high a level, these foods could actually make you feel worse. A low fod map diet is not designed to be a long term diet. We want to use the fira short term heel and then re introduce and try to have the broadest diet possible.
