When you're making a change like this it's just that fear of failure but I personally kind of advocate for failing because I wouldn't be where I'm out today if I didn't put myself in the position to fail. Finding a mentor finding somebody that's willing to kind of take you under their wing and show you how it's done has been monumental, she says.
