Increasing the Field Strength of a Stellarator
Stellators can operate at higher temperatures and deal with higher currents. This is huge because then that's what you want. You want as large a magnetic field as possible. In fact, the higher temperature is not that important. I think it's going to be useful to operate at 10, 15, 20 Kelvin instead of 4 Kelvin. It just makes everything much more robust.
