The Body Scan

For our show, you tried the body scan, which is one of my favorites to teach people because it's just gets people anchored into their bodies. You start by doing some breathing, then you just focus on the parts of your body from your feet up to the top of your head. I love how the body scan shifts that. And half the time we're walking around with our jaw clang to brow furrowed and just relax that as calming. So good to be in the body.
