Peltz is an activist and investor who is well known for his proxy battles. He looks at Disney and his problems with the Fox acquisition back in 2019 that I had mentioned. What's his main argument there? His main argument is that it was too expensive. It was a bad deal for Disney and it increased their debt, which just made it more difficult for them to hand money over to shareholders.
