How to Celebrate Your Wins and Victories

Don't cut a rest week short, especially if this is not an A event. Finish the rest week that you're in and then resume your normal training next week. If it's not a goal event, number one, you don't really need to taper at all. This way they're going to be recovered from whatever they're normally doing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. It will help a ton and keep things going.
