The Importance of Functional Programming

Amjit Singh: I was hooked into programming ever since I saw my first computer, future 30 in middle school. He says he spent more than a decade on doing iPhone mostly and discovered Python when he joined LinkedIn in 2011. Now Netflix is trying to support Net Python across the board with tools like Metapython that help other people do Python too. Amjit's favorite language for learning functional programming is Haskell but also loves Python because of list comprehension.
