We actually had a pretty good top of funnel. We had some pretty healthy conversion metrics. But somewhere along that, and before she could say yes to the dress, we were losing her. So using a tool called full story, which is a tool that allows you to view and play back each customer session in real time, I immediately started noticing issues. And as it turns out, there was still something wrong with our checkout process that we just hadn't fixed.
