The Importance of Adapting to Changes in Management

The company has grown from a few people to dozens of employees. What is your management style been and how has it evolved as you've grown? It's very hard for me to save what my leadership style is but generally like I have a like huge shock in people so for instance we don't really track people inside the company. The stuff that we do is basically people doing an amazing job with delivering things.
