Open Salary
I do think there is an argument from the pro perspective of having open salaries, which is that a lot of companies haven't put in the work to develop a really robust system. I think it's definitely harder at an early stage because you don't really have the data to create the system. But i think there are other mechanisms that are not going full open, that certainly more companies should do d and would actually solve most of the problem.
