ICOs and the SEC's Subpoenas
The second SEC action this week was against the rapper TI so he was involved in two ICOs in 2017 I've never heard of either of them but it turns out that they were not on the up and up. think I think there's a lot going on behind the scenes I think that there are a lot of projects and a lot of investors in this industry that have gotten subpoenas. people interpret the SEC's lack of action or lack of overt action as assent effectively oh that's for sure but they shouldn't but they do yeah.
