Robert Elvie pioneered the idea that you could create a straightly raised mechanism for the upper limb. His blabracial plexus tension test was what he pioneered in the 1970s. There's a lot of overlap because part of neurodynamics could involve neuromobilization. If you have really severe pain, they do not need neurmobilization necessarily. What they might need is pain relief.
