How to Pick Athletes to Sponsor

We don't necessarily look for people who are climbing the hardest. They're very hard to convince to change the program that they're on. So we kind of, most people come to us. They'll send us a resume, a little pitch deck. They've already used Rhino. If they're interested in being an athlete and haven't used Rhino, we usually ask them to try it out on their own first. We want them to be invested enough in Rhino that whether or not we sponsor them, they'd use it. And so we don't have the biggest marketing budget and biggest athlete budget.
