The same thing happens with fat soluble nutrients and all these other chemicals that we are starting to measure now. Stefan Van Vliet is this guy sitting on mountains of data that I think can change the food industry. He's taking basically a chemical fingerprint of what grass fed, monoculture grass fed means.
