Is There a Difference Between Democracy and Liberalism?
Of the two in this diad, liberalism and democracy, he does seem to have a marked preference for democracy. It's just that he thinks that, as you said, democricy can take on any number of different political and institutional forms. And his beef with the liberals, like to go back to lilian's question, which i really like is not just a hypocrisy critique. I think that you're that he's got a more effectivity or viability based argument, right?
