How to Accelerate Your Startup

This is the first company I've deliberately tried to start as a startup. Everything else has been, I've had lots of failed attempts at things. But it's all been much smaller and much more bootstrappy. And what we did this time that worked unintentionally. We didn't really have to create a startup. We working on a product. People started paying for it. Revenue started happening. It was always a very small kind of vision. So we would basically put still incremental but we grew that to $15 million of revenue. Then what I found, we sold that company to IBM.
