The value of all real estate in Manhattan is literally more than the entire state of Nebraska and probably many other states. The fundamental insight of Georgism is that if you want access to those prime locations, you need to pay someone to access it. And so pretty much the entire full value of that location is going to be demanded from you from the person who owns that location.
