The Power of a Union

A deal has been reached for ups but it still needs to be approved by the majority of the union. A lot of teamsters were holding out for a hard line of 25 dollars an hour and this current deal Is 21 dollars an hour going up to 23 eventually? So there's a good chance that a lot of the hardliners might be like no 25 or nothing Oh, well, we'll see we'll see and that and that is part of what's so powerful about a union because unions are democracies.
