What Is a Feelings Wheel?

The feelings wheel is a chart that depicts some people will beli cannot use a word that's not t so many feelowa. And i believe that giving words to what we're feeling is one of the most crucial ways we can help process them. So, like when we're feeling all kinds of different emotions, and our feelings are usually layered, we don't just feel one thing at once. I'm more likely to be to unlock something by, you know, throwing some clay down on a wheel, or,. you know, starting a calage work with Amd. There are tools, exercises and materials that i think lend themselves to allowing emotions to process through the body.
