i think what you're saying is, if the game was easy, then the randomness would do a good job being an ego crutch. But when you're playing against a human being, it's like playing a spalunke with dug wilson. If you were playing some one who's clearly better than you, and you played not just one game, because, guess what? That's the other thing, right? Even if you're not good at the game, you could still n because they get a crummy draw or something like that. And then you maybe not into it because the other players a lot better than you. Right?
