Is There a Staged Killing or a Stabbing?

There are two scenarios, murder suicide and some kind of third party murder. The most messed up thing is, why would you stage the scene to look like that? I don't know what to make of it, but it doesn't smell right, man. Just like the doctors falling out of the windows during the pandemice, puton made some statement about needing to cleanse the interior of russia. It was a pretty messed up statement. Sounded like deaths would be occurring. And now, and now, i can't help but wonder, you know, it feels like it still doesn't add up.
