Sam Altman was in front of the Senate this week, and they were talking that maybe and something like an IAEA, you know, like atomic energy regulator would be the right thing. Anything anyone from a big company says about regulation, one has to assume is very loosely related to their true thoughts and feelings. He just told the European Union he might just turn it off.
