Why Do We Need Managers?
i was not a good manager. Bad at delegating, effectively, micro managing when i shouldn't. Managers serve a very important function in any kind of organization that's bigger than about ten p m. I think becoming a manager was, ah, really help me grow emotionally, grow socially. And so it was this process, both of getting better at it, but also just in to appreciate what is the point of having a manager and an organization at all?
