Working Memory - I Don't Have Time for It

We're good at going on auto pilot. We already have a ton of bad or unproductive routines. To get some kind of progress, if you want to learn something and put it on an auto pilot, it needs to be a daily thing. If yous 20 minutes of your day at a specific time that you know you have available every day, work on that one thing for the duration of the 20 minutes as best you can. That's one small thing that you can do. And you'll be training yourself to do thing that will eventually become auto pilot. In only two week chunks, likein these two weeks, this is 26 new things we can improve upon in our lives.
