The film is about the life of a wealthy Italian family. Lady gaga, played by Anylay Putell, becomes enamoured with their lifestyle. She gets tickets to New York and gives her husband a blow job while they're driving. But she also sees a psychic on TV who tells her fortune in different ways. It's supposed to be bad within the contact of the movie but not too progressive.
