There's just no where for the water to go because all going in the same place with the sewage water. So it backs up overflows and goes on the street and pours out into the ocean. You could close it so yet so that only the wastewater goes to the wastewater But I don't know why they haven't decided to do that. That's you know, how is it possible that? Everyone that eats fish does not get sick from Pooh water that enters the ocean if it happens pretty much every day How does it not just It's amazing that there is that title flush!
