The temperature thing in the bedroom is a little more complicated than I think a lot of people realize really because there's your ambient temperature. The man has you know more metabolism going on in a higher body temperature but navigating this with the sleep partner is a whole nother story one of my other hacks is multiple blankets to sort of address that the different temperature needs. Different limbs and your head play a different role in this as well so you have like your core system which is like your chest and your head and then like your distal like arms and feet basically.
