What Kind of Advice Would You Give to QA Engineers?

When a project is going off the rails, how do you sort of get that team back on the track? I'm not a fan of like, get everyone in the room together and like hash it out. That ends up becoming like a free-for-all and people start ripping into things. It's better to have the one-on-ones with everyone. Set a clear vision of whyDo you think it's off the rails?
