Amely deposits can also be found in associate with certain malignancies including megullar thyroid carsonoma and extra notal marginal zone limpoma or malt limphoma. The goal of therapy is to reduce quantity or bio availability of precursor prote s to amaloid fibreles but this may not lead to regression of existing deposits.
