Bench Top Pilot and Full Scale Production for London Ale 3 Fermentation

London Ale 3 is being produced on a pilot and full scale basis. The company has reviewed data that they collected for the first time to see if there was any variation in results across different scales. And actually it was really encouraging because we saw that our bench scale work was directional for our full scale production fermentation. So that was a huge get for us.
