More adults between the ages of 18 and forty five have died of fentinal overdoses in two thousand, more than covid more than car accidents. If a perpetrator intentionally administers drugs to a victim and then uses that as an opportunity to commit a sexual assault, dugs facilitated sex assault? Yes, yes. According to the national intimate partner in sexual violence survey, nine % of us women have experienced a rape when they were drunk, high, drugged, past out or unable to give consent. And if somebody was a facilitated by having drugs and alcohol mixed, there's even more stigma.
