Most Norah Virus cases occur in children. Good hand-washing practices will help to stop the virus spreading. The NHS advises that people who've been ill don't return to school or work until they've gone at least two days without vomiting or having diarrhea. If you go back earlier, you'll be mixing with people when you're at your most infectious. This could be the first evidence of human horse riding.
