I think we can also cancel this idea that your job defines you as a person like I don't actually care what my friends do. We need to talk about culture as more holistically clearly you feel valued in some way shape or form maybe not financially at this point and back to Beck's point maybe you don't need that at this point in life maybe it's an experience. Jess gets the startup life more than anybody does but often when you work for a small business you are taking some level of compromise, usually is salary to make up for that culture. You're never going to earn another dollar for the rest of your life whereas if you carry on on this trajectory you're going to earn
