There was a program called Peak in Texas when he was a kid. It identified people that had certain abilities or outlier gifts and gave them new frameworks to really challenge them. Unsurprisingly, along the way, someone was able to kill the program. There are some elements of the curriculum online still,. But it's in this fight for making everyone equal, which is a fool's errand.
