Ali: A lot of first time teachers may be approach it in terms of, i want to teach x. What does the student want to be able to do, or who do they want to be by the end of this module? And you can think about that at the course level, like, who do i want to b by the time i finish this course? Ali: Once you hear where this person is, like, i would like to be there, then suddenly everything they say takes on like a lot more importance and you actually care about their advice.
