How Do You Look Through When You're Hiring?
I didn't know that rich was that thet early on fundamental. I don't even kno if itwoud have gote off the ground without rich's help. When i'm hiring, what i try to think about is, do i trust the person? Can we can we build a relationship each time we meet? And i try to rely less on references, because i try to make my own judgments on people.
