What the Fuck Is Happening?

The Verge has published a lot of stories about content moderation over the years. It is a very complicated thing that big companies do and every time you peel back the layers of the onion, there's just like a couple of people who are like, I don't know, take it down. You build up all of these processes to try and make it fair to like let everybody sleep at night and then kind of at the end of the day, it's, well, we don't have a rule, but it sucks. What the fuck is happening?
