The Importance of Having a High Learning Curve

"The thing that attracted me to this in the first place was really kind of like having a high learning curve, so that, that part's taken care of," he says. "When it works out, and you actually sit down...you look over someone's shoulder at a Starbucks and see a little blue box or, um, you add up ... times saving them like 10 minutes or making their life like 1% better."
