Is Russia a Gas Station With Nuclear Weapons?
I've read interesting analyses of russia's economy. And one of the things that strikes me is how much it's changed since the soviet union. The phrase i've read is, they're a gas station with a nuclear arsenal,. So i think that is probably overstating the case. Russia has always had a quite strong educational system. They have a lot of scientific talent. It's hard to skim off most of the national wealth of ch China. That which you can kind of do in russia.
