How to Slow Down and Rest More

I think, slow down and rest more. Even if it's 10 minutes a day,. even if you don't jump on your phone as soon as you wake up and you do some detoxing of technology, we are the master teachers. Our body knows. And so I want people to understand the more you can get in touch and slow down enough that you can connect with your body and mind. That's what resting is. It's slowing down you enough so that you connect that slowly and surely you'll come back to your humanness because this body is divine.
