The problem of evil is a human problematic. It's just hard to think about and it's certainly hard to solve, but possible to solve. We tend to project it onto maybe people who have a hook for it. But that doesn't rid us from it. The idea of an escape goat, which is an ancient idea, is you load all the evil and sins onto the goat,. And that purifies the community.
