11 minutes per week divided on two to three days is probably a safe spot for you to hit and not overdoing it so but I'm also very much a scientist who talks from a micro stress perspective. When we expose ourselves to some stress some stress is good for us because it keeps us alive but overstressing is something that we should avoid.
